Final Payment: 50% on or before 30 November 2026

Cancellation Policy

Before 30 Nov 2026: Booking advance retained; balance amount refunded
After 30 Nov 2026: No refund applicable
All cancellations must be in writing
Stand reassignment subject to organiser discretion
